Need for achievement : This has been my prior concern in every sphere of my life, I believe in Optimism and determination when it comes to achieving something specific.Precisely I think I'm more forward looking than what the results show.
Autonomy : I can manage things according to the situation as I am adaptable and co-operative enough and if poured with some support or a positive feedback,I become more reactive.I don't like sticking to one thing or argue with people which makes me less stubborn.But on the other hand I also think I'm a little reserved in my working format.
Creativity : I feel versatility and accepting new challenges can fit me best under this category.
Risk taking : I can risk anything deadly for my ambition to a deadly extent,Yes I do believe in equating results with effort.
Drive and determination : My key drive to measure success would be taking advantage of oppurtunities at the right time.I loose my chance in this sphere sometimes because of lack of self confidence.
Entrepreneur - Meaning
This is what my minds eye articulate to me when i think of the word "Entrepreneur"
Management is the most empowering of all business oppurtunities.Tables on conventional thought can only be turned if the plan is implemented properly in accordance to the business idea.It requires skilled workforce,planned performance with a clear vision in mind.Debating on management practices and sciences is a bit dissimilar of what we face in the real world.Effective cash flow and organised budget is required in a proper desired format.Newer dimensions with new people is a difficult task to set until the resources and financial fundings are not decided.Even if these things are carried out in an easy format there is a thing called backup *(planB) of the current plan following with the back up of *(planB)
An entrepreneur in simple words is a person who gets all these things consolidated into one single box with a lot of wide scope in its perspective.
Talent Management
Talents are inherent and inborn in each one of us.It gives me immense pleasure to share it with all.Apart from the common ones,I feel that I am well equipped with the business and professional knowledge that can be applied in my business.Being associated to a business environment,I've learnt management sciences in a theoretical and practical manner.I've always experienced simulation in the examples and cases that I've come accross in my life.I've tried to put myself in the shoes of the consumers while thinking of my own business venture.
Being creative is not the only thing that i can account on.
I think if we keep on trying things, one day the hidden talent shines and you never know good chances work someday.For instance,my hobby can be my talent.I would listen to others and do what my gut feels because others can judge us earlier than ourselves.Moreover,I can do multitasking and have farsightedness.

I can see a man,a woman,a child,an old man ,rich or poor,professional or freaked out,A geek or an illiterate,may be experienced, confident or not,but the mind has an optimism shown by the positive sign.
We stay in the world where a handicap can be awarded with the guinness book of world record column.How does the incredible and the outrageous things happen?
Its just how we see the world.Positivity is the only thing that can let us assume that "all is well" in all situations, may it be the worst scenario.
Secondly,i can see a picture with an entrepreneur who is also a technician i.e he knows his hidden talent does multitasking.Being a technician he knows the nuts and the bolts of complete business.Here's the image:

This is a day not a dawn.Let the world see you as anything but be what you are.
I took this image in Grenoble because here the sun shines only for few seconds in winters and I thought to grab so that i can always see the shining sun even in the snowy days.
The sun gives us so much radiance.
The image shows that in this dark world you can glow if you show your essential powers to the world which you have within you.All you need is a little description and recognition of your hidden talent.The sun is still glooming even if the dark clouds are darkening its shades.This is how we should gloom,even in the darkest spheres of our lives.The round sun is spreading the redness and looks like a man is trying to run with lots of energy to spread the message that he has the most innovative idea to create his name.
It also makes an alphabet Q which means find your Quotient.
Next practice ...not the best practice
“Strategy is about folding the future into the present” says CK prahalad.There are no generic strategies – executives are constantly searching for new sources of competitive advantage. Strategies have to be unique. They have to invent new rules and new games. It’s all about discovering and creating wealth.
I feel customerisation can define it well.This example is more suitable here that China is basically copying Western technologies and supplying products that have already been identified as satisfying Western needs. India is also doing that but it has the ability to identify and create new markets in the West for entirely new products. India is less and less likely to follow the Chinese trend. India will start to lead innovation; China doesn’t have that ability.

Naked Pizza is a perfect example of demonstrated business community.In three years the process of converting carbohydrates into a solution has led them to sell a unique pizza crust.This is original rescanning of the 30billion $ pizza industry.An opportunity to rebrand fast food industry.
The practices they follow are unique in the sense that they offer 12grain probiotics."We listen to our customers" is the strategy they followed.They feel that their customers are smartest people on the planet.
This is the strategy to amaze customers.Similar to the volvo overnight repair services that make the customer delighted by bearing stay expenses of their customer in case of fault in the car on a journey.
